As a collective we meet regularly in Nashville (for now) to network, focus on health and wellness, and do hard things together.

Yes. We Host Co-Ed events!

One of Legacy Co's objectives is to connect like minded individuals in Nashville through the health and wellness community. You can catch us doing group workouts, cold plunges, saunas, and sipping on NA sponsored drinks.

WHAT IS "DHT"?

Legacy's "Do Hard Things" challenges.

Legacy Co's Underlying mission is to strengthen men and provide space for them to show their strength.

One way we do this is (outside our 1:1 coaching) is in person challenges - The Do Hard Things Challenge.

A majority of these are Men only.

Co-ed is mixed in occasionally.

Online strength and transformation coaching. With years of experience in the fitness industry, we capitalize on strengthening men not just mentally, but physically as well.

Because our primary male clientele is a busy entrepreneur or business leader, we have a proprietary "444 Framework" that we use for helping men drop pounds of fat and gain pounds of muscle in just 4 workouts a week.
